All bids shall be accompanied by a bid security of fixed amount as mentioned above and bid must be delivered to Engineering Unit, Corporate Office, Thimphu.
The non-refundable tender document fee of Nu. 500/- (Ngultrum Five Hundred) must be deposited in Cash/Mbob along with the tender document.
The tender document must be addressed as per the address mentioned in the TOR and submitted to the Engineering Unit, Corporate Office, Thimphu.
Bid form must be dully filled and signed on all the pages with the bidder’s official seal.
