NOTICE OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING

We invite the shareholders of Royal Insurance Corporation of Bhutan Limited to the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) at 11 AM on the 20th of June 2026 in Hotel Druk, Thimphu. The EGM shall transact the following special businesses:

  1. Approval of the appointment of the Chief Executive Officer of RICB.
  2. Any other matters.

Kindly send the confirmation of your participation or nominate a proxy in your place in case you cannot attend the EGM, at the latest by the 17th of June 2026 to the Company Secretary of RICB.
