Pema Namgyel Nadik is the Chairman of the RICB. He serves as the CEO of Bhutan Airlines Private Ltd. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Sherubtse College, Trashigang, Bhutan. 

Laxmi Prasad Giri is an Independent Director on the RICB Board. He is the Managing Proprietor, L&N Financials Pvt Ltd., Thimphu, Bhutan. Laxmi Prasad Giri has a BA with a Major in Economics and Finance from the Sherubtse College, Trashigang, Bhutan.

Yeshey Selden is the Independent Director on the RICB Board. She holds a Master’s in Public Administration (Economic Policy) from the School of International & Public Affairs, Columbia University, New York, USA. She graduated with B.Com (Honours) from Lady Shri Ram’s College New Delhi, India, in 1994. 

Pempa Tshering is the Independent Director on the RICB Board. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Newcastle, NSW, Australia. He graduated with BCA from Sherubtse College, Trashigang, Bhutan. 

Karma is the Chief Executive Officer of RICB. He has a Master’s and Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from New York University, USA.

Ugyen Dorji sits on the RICB Board as the Director. He has a Master of Business Administration from Griffith University, Griffith Business School, Queensland, Australia. In 2007, Ugyen Dorji graduated from Dav College, Panjab University Chandigarh, India, with a Bachelor of Arts (English Honours). 

Sonam Lhundrup sits as an Independent Director on the RICB Board of Directors. Sonam Lhundrup has an MBA from the University of Canberra, Australia, and an LLM from George Washington University Law School, Washington DC, USA.  He graduated from the University of Mumbai in 2002 with a Degree in Law.
