We are pleased to inform the shareholders of Druk PNB Bank Limited that RICB Securities Ltd. has been appointed as the Broker for rights issue of 84 million shares of the Bank at the ratio of 1:1. The subscriptions of rights issue is open from 20th of June to 14th of July 2023 (during office hours). All the eligible shareholders (record date -19th of June 2023) are requested to submit the duly completed share application forms along with copies of valid CIDs for the rights issue within the given subscription period. The share application forms can be submitted to the nearest office of RICB in any dzongkhags.
The share application form and prospectus of the bank can be downloaded from the following websites www.ricb.bt www.drukpnbbank.bt and www.rsebl.org.bt. The shareholders may contact any of our focal persons (list attached) during office hours for any queries and assistance. We request all the eligible shareholders to avoid share subscriptions at the last hour.
