Interested eligible Bhutanese firms with valid licenses for the supply of the above goods may purchase the tender documents from the Procurement Office, Corporate Office, Thimphu, or the Phuntsholing Main Branch upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Nu. 500.
Bidders for Phuntsholing may submit the tender documents at the Phuntsholing Main Branch, while those for Thimphu may submit the bids at the Procurement Office, Thimphu.
Tender documents must be submitted to the respective Procurement Offices in Thimphu or Phuntsholing Main Branch.
