Softcopy tender document submission
The Bidders can submit tender document through email to karma_dorji@ricb.bt and the following instruction must be noted:
- The encrypted documents should be in order as per RFP envelopes instructions clause 5.16
- The password should be shared during time of opening; and mailed to karma_dorji@ricb.bt at the exact time mentioned for opening.
- Envelope A opening
- Envelope B opening
- The commercial (Envelope C) opening will be notified and accordingly, the password should be shared on specified date and time.
- Cost of bid, EMD, bid security & BG must be submitted in original.
Note: original documents need to be sent or submitted at later stage.
