The Ministry of Finance vide No. MoF/DPA/e-PEMS-SDS/2019-20/277 dated August 16, 2019 says that the MOF will deduct only (i) GIS (ii) PPF and (iii) CSWS contribution through the e-PEMS.This leaves out all other deductions such as insurance premiums. To avoid any disruption to payment of monthly premiums by the policyholders, we request you to issue Standing Instructions (SI) to your respective banks to debit your savings accounts and credit RICB’s account with your premium amounts. We request all our policy holders to kindly visit our website www.ricb.bt to download the Standing Order(SI) form and submit to the nearest RICBL office.
