This is to inform the Shareholders of RICB that the 48th Annual General Meeting of RICB held on 21st of April 2023 decided to issue bonus shares in the ratio of 1:7 (one share for every seven shares held). The issuance of the bonus shares has been approved by RMA on 16th of May 2023.
The record date for the issuance of the bonus share is set on 26th of May 2023.
