This is to inform our life insurance policyholders that we have not been able to pay the outstanding policy Survival and Maturity Benefits to some of our policyholders since the contact address and phone numbers have changed over the period and have not been updated with us.
Therefore, please visit our website www.ricb.bt for the full list of outstanding list and claim policy survival and policy maturity benefits as early as possible. The policy survival benefits shall be settled after adjustments of premium dues, if any.
Any unclaimed policy benefits shall be transferred to RMA as per the “Abandoned Property Rules and Regulations 2018”.
