Notification to Shareholders of the Listed Companies

The RICB Securities would like to notify all the shareholders of the listed companies that as per the Income Tax Act the listed companies are required to deduct Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) while disbursing the dividends to the shareholders. However, the listed companies have not been able to disburse dividends to the shareholders who do not have valid TPNs. We therefore, kindly request all the shareholders to update Tax Payer Numbers (TPNs) with the registered brokers for timely distribution of dividends in compliance with statutory requirements.
