The Royal Insurance Corporation of Bhutan Limited is pleased to announce the following vacancy:

Director, Operations Department	Contract for 3 years (with possibility of extension based on performance)	A minimum of bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related fields.Relevant master’s degree preferred. A minimum of 15 years of job experience (excluding study period).Experience of three years in General Manager/equivalent position in the field of insurance or credit or finance.At least five years of recent experience in insurance or banking or finance.	Nu. 100,000/-	50% -100% of basic pay (negotiable)as contract allowance; 20% of basic pay as PBVP;Nu. 5,000 as communication allowance;Nu. 6,000 as conveyance allowance;Fixed Allowance of Nu. 6,306.13% of basic pay as PF and other benefits as per company service rules.	1

Note: RICB reserves the right to not select any, if the selection committee is not satisfied with the quality of the candidate.

4. Academic Mark sheets (Masters, Degree, Class XII, Class X).
5. Copy of valid Citizenship Identity Card.
6. Medical Fitness Certificate issued by a competent Medical Doctor (issued within recent 6 months).
7. Valid Security Clearance Certificate (online screenshot).
8. Experience certificate to verify the number of years
9. No Objection Certificate from current employer, if employed.
10. RAA audit clearance if currently employed or previously employed.
11. CIB report.
12. Two recommendation letters from referees (non-family members).

NB:  

1. Certificate/degree obtained through distance learning shall not be accepted. 
2. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified for the written exam and selection interview through phone call/email/website. 
3. Shortlisted applicants must produce original documents during the interview.
