In what turned out to be quite a feat in our service delivery, our Paro Branch Office released Nu 190,000 for FIRE INSURANCE CLAIM yesterday, 5th of November 2021, to Doley Bidha from Lunyi Gewog, Paro Dzongkhag.
Fire damaged Doley Bidha’s house on the 4th of November 2021, which people shared generously on social and news media alike. Doley Bidha received compensation under the RURAL HOUSE INSURANCE CATEGORY II.
Though releasing compensation within a day after the fire is quite a feat in itself for us — we want to do better to provide seamless services to our clients.
